江苏省徐州市邳县官湖镇党委书记李元启,谈到他从事基层工作的经验时,概括了六个字,即:白天“走、干、讲”,晚上“读、写、想”。李元启认为,这六个字中,助他成功莫过于“走”字。所谓“走”,就是深入基层调查研究,了解情况解决问题。
When talking about his experience in grassroots work, Li Yuanqi summarized the six words: “Going, doing and speaking” during the day and reading, writing and thinking at night. Li Yuan Kai believes that these six words, to help him succeed than “go”. The so-called “go” means conducting in-depth investigations and studies at the grassroots level to understand the situation and solve problems.
