用葡萄糖氧化酶法放射免疫法分别检测50例急性白血病患者胰岛β细胞功能,以阐明糖代谢障碍机制及其对治疗的影响。14例治疗前口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)呈糖尿病曲线,胰岛素和C肽释放延迟,治疗后6例恢复正常。5例治疗前糖耐量减低,胰岛素和C肽释放减少,治疗后恢复。5例治疗前的OGTT等正常,治疗后糖耐量减低,胰岛素和C肽释放减少。16例治疗前后OGTT等正常。50例抗胰岛素抗体阴性。47例检测了红细胞胰岛素受体结合率均明显高于正常对照(P<0.001)。
Glucose oxidase method radioimmunoassay were used to detect the function of islet β cells in 50 patients with acute leukemia in order to clarify the mechanism of glucose metabolism disorder and its impact on the treatment. Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) showed a curve of diabetes, delayed release of insulin and C peptide in 14 patients before treatment, and 6 returned to normal after treatment. 5 cases before treatment, decreased glucose tolerance, insulin and C-peptide release reduced after treatment. 5 cases of normal OGTT before treatment, after treatment, decreased glucose tolerance, insulin and C-peptide release decreased. OGTT was normal before and after treatment in 16 cases. 50 cases of anti-insulin antibodies negative. 47 cases detected erythrocyte insulin receptor binding rate were significantly higher than the normal control (P <0.001).
