技工学校作为技能人才培养的摇篮,教育成果的质量将直接影响整个行业领域的竞争实力。教师作为教育活动的组织者,其固有的知识经验局限导致学校教育长期难以得到突破,不能适应社会需求。本文从技工学校教师继续教育活动的实效性出发,探讨如何发挥继续教育在学校教育和现实经济领域中的作用。
As the cradle of skilled personnel training, the quality of educational achievements will directly affect the competitiveness of the entire industry. Teachers, as the organizers of educational activities, have limited knowledge and experience inherent in school education and have made it difficult for school education to achieve a breakthrough in a long period of time and can not meet the needs of the community. This article starts from the actual effect of continuing education activities of teachers in technical schools and explores how to bring into play the role of continuing education in school education and real economy.
