使用作者已确立的人参皂甙HPLC分析法,对不同生长年数、部位、炮制方法、产地的人参进行了质量评价。选用21种人参皂甙标准品进行定量分析。结果:①生长年数不同的人参中所含皂甙的变化:总皂甙含量在第3年达最高值,其后降低。人参萜三醇皂甙与总皂甙含量呈相同的模式。人参萜二醇皂甙在第2年达最高值,第3,4年逐渐减少,其后又增加。人参皂甙-Rb_1,Rg_1,在6年间一直保持较高含量,而人参皂甙-Re在第1年显示最高值,齐墩果烷型皂甙人参皂甙-Ro在前3年增加,第4年有所减少,6年根为1年
Using the author’s established ginsenoside HPLC analysis method, the quality of the ginseng of different growing years, parts, processing methods, and production areas was evaluated. 21 ginsenoside standards were selected for quantitative analysis. Results: 1Changes in saponin contained in ginseng with different growth years: The total saponin content reached the highest value in the third year and then decreased. The ginseng triterpene saponins showed the same pattern as the total saponins. Panaxadiol saponin reached the highest value in the second year, gradually decreased in the third and fourth years, and then increased again. Ginsenoside-Rb_1, Rg_1, remained high for 6 years, while ginsenoside Re showed the highest value in the first year, oleanane saponin ginsenoside-Ro increased in the first 3 years, and 4 years Reduced, 6 years root is 1 year
