目的了解昌平区建筑工地流动人口艾滋病知识、行为现状及其影响因素,为制定有针对性的防控措施提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样,对北京市昌平区3家建筑工地外省市流动人口进行面对面的问卷调查并采集血样检测人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)和梅毒抗体,对艾滋病知识知晓、安全套使用情况等进行统计分析。结果共699人参与调查,流动人口艾滋病知识总体知晓率为92.70%(648/699)。艾滋病知晓率随文化程度的增高而增加,近1年内与固定性伴发生性行为时安全套的使用情况,在已婚者中69.30%(395/570)的人从来不用,仅4.74%(27/570)的人每次使用,在非婚者中29.17%(7/24)的人从来不用,29.17%(7/24)的人每次使用;与非固定性伴(暗娼、临时性性伴)有过性行为史的人群安全套每次使用率仅为41.18%(28/68)。HIV抗体阳性检出率为0.14%(1/699),HCV抗体阳性检出率为0.57%(4/699),梅毒抗体阳性检出率为0.14%(1/699)。结论应加强对建筑工地流动人口的艾滋病健康教育,提高自我保护意识和安全套使用意识,遏制艾滋病在该人群中的传播扩散。
Objective To understand the HIV / AIDS knowledge, behavior and influencing factors of floating population at construction sites in Changping District, and to provide basis for making targeted prevention and control measures. Methods Random cluster sampling was used to conduct face-to-face questionnaire survey on floating population in three construction sites in Changping District, Beijing. Blood samples were collected for the detection of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis C virus (HCV) and syphilis antibody. AIDS knowledge awareness, condom use and other statistical analysis. A total of 699 people participated in the survey. The overall awareness of AIDS among floating population was 92.70% (648/699). AIDS awareness rate increased with the increase of education level. In the past year, 69.30% (395/570) of married people never used condom when having sexual intercourse with fixed partners, only 4.74% (27 / 570), 29.17% (7/24) of the non-married persons never used each time, and 29.17% (7/24) used each time; and non-fixed partners (sex workers, temporary partners ) Condom use history was 41.18% (28/68) for those who had had sex history. The positive rate of HIV antibody was 0.14% (1/699), the positive rate of HCV antibody was 0.57% (4/699), and the positive rate of syphilis antibody was 0.14% (1/699). Conclusion AIDS health education should be strengthened for floating population in construction sites to raise awareness of self-protection and awareness of condom use and curb the spread of AIDS in this population.
