为解决液体冷媒除霜系统在除霜过程中管路压降增大及除霜效率低的问题,系统增设旁通流量控制节流阀。在库温-20℃,结霜量3kg工况下,以单一变量法进行有旁通流量控制与无旁通流量控制的对比实验。从除霜过程库温波动、除霜时间、系统运行效率等方面比较分析使用旁通流量控制对系统运行性能的影响。研究表明:除霜过程调节旁通流量控制节流阀使压缩机吸气无过热度时库内温度波动值降低46%,除霜时间减少32%,并且库内温度升高值在4.5℃以内,温度波动时间在30min以内。此外,旁通流量控制还可消除压缩机可能存在的回气负压,减小了压缩机的压力比,使系统运行更加节能。
To solve the liquid refrigerant defrosting system defrosting process in the pipeline pressure drop increases and the problem of low defrost efficiency, the system additional bypass flow control throttle. Under the condition of storage temperature -20 ℃ and frost amount 3kg, a single variable method was used to conduct the comparative experiment with bypass flow control and bypassless flow control. From the defrost process temperature fluctuations, defrost time, the system operating efficiency and other aspects of comparative analysis of the use of bypass flow control system performance. The results show that: the defrosting process adjusts the bypass flow control throttle valve to reduce the temperature fluctuation in the store when the compressor sucks without overheating by 46%, the defrosting time decreases by 32%, and the temperature rise in the store is within 4.5 ℃ , Temperature fluctuations in less than 30min. In addition, the bypass flow control can also eliminate the compressor back to the existence of negative pressure, reducing the compressor pressure ratio, the system more energy-efficient operation.
