第一条 为规范经纪活动,保护经纪人和经纪活动当事人的合法权益,根据有关法律、法规的规定,结合本省实际,制定本条例。 第二条 本条例所称经纪人,是指为交易各方提供中介服务而获取佣金的经纪有限责任公司、经纪事务所、个体经纪户和兼营经纪业务的企业事业单位。 Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations and in the light of the actual conditions in the province in order to regulate the activities of broking and protect the lawful rights and interests of brokers and agents of brokerage activities. Article 2 The term “brokers” as mentioned in these Regulations refers to brokers, limited liability companies, brokerage houses, individual brokerage houses and enterprises and institutions engaging in brokerage business who receive commissions for the intermediary services of all parties involved in the transaction.
