对某型飞机的主起落架刹车轮毂的早期断裂失效进行了研究。结果表明,裂纹是穿晶型应力腐蚀断裂,圆弧过渡区加工粗糙引起应力集中及表面防护层不完整是轮毂应力腐蚀开裂的原因,裂纹扩展与堵气孔贯通,导致轮胎漏气失效。本文还提出了针对性的预防措施,避免了类似故障的发生。
The failure of a main landing gear brake hub on a certain aircraft was studied. The results show that the crack is transgranular stress corrosion cracking, the stress concentration and the surface protective layer are rough due to the rough machining of the circular arc, which is the cause of the stress corrosion cracking of the hub. The crack propagation and the blockage through hole lead to the failure of the tire. This article also proposed targeted preventive measures to avoid the occurrence of similar failures.
