资产评估行业监管检查人员培训班于4月25日至29日在江苏镇江举办。张国春秘书长为培训班作“适应新形势,把握新要求,实现行业自律监管新发展”的专题讲座。张国春秘书长深刻阐述了新常态下行业自律监管面临的新情况、新趋势,充分肯定了行业自律监管成效,提出了新常态下行业自律监管的工作思路和原则。张国春秘书长强调,行业自律监管要适应行业发展的新常态,强化自律监管,实现全面覆盖,突出监管重点,坚持教育和惩戒相结合,提升监管实效。
Assets appraisal industry supervision and inspection staff training courses held in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu from April 25 to 29. Secretary-General Zhang Guochun made special lectures for the training class on “adapting to the new situation, grasping the new requirements and realizing the new development of industry self-regulation”. Secretary-General Zhang Guochun profoundly expounded the new situations and new trends the industry is facing under the new normal, fully affirmed the effectiveness of industry self-regulatory supervision and put forward the working train of thought and principles for self-regulatory supervision under the new normal. Secretary-General Zhang Guochun stressed that industry self-regulation should adapt to the new normal in the development of the industry, strengthen self-regulation and supervision, achieve comprehensive coverage, highlight regulatory priorities, and adhere to the combination of education and punishment so as to enhance the effectiveness of supervision.
