井岗霉素对水稻纹枯病有着显著的防治效果,药效达90%以上,为目前水稻上推广应用、安全有效的一个理想农药。我国的井岗霉素产量约占农用抗生素产量的90%以上,但发酵效价较高的菌株并不多见,一般在2万单位/毫升左右。为了进一步提高井岗霉素产量,选育高产菌株是提高发酵单位效价、缩短发酵周期最为经济有效的途径。因此,我们采用目前生产厂家所用的井岗霉素产生菌25,通过亚硝酸诱变处理,筛选出了
