目的了解市售桶装水包装材料和标识的现状,为加强食品安全监管提供技术支持。方法采用随机抽样的方法,采集市售桶装水,发现包装材料和标识上存在的问题并分析其影响。结果产品名称花样繁多,包装标识有6个要素不完善,总符合率73.53%。包装材料为食品级PC桶,34份水桶使用年限超过5年(50.00%)。保质期标注时限从7d~3个月。产品执行国标的仅27份样品(39.71%)。本地和外地产品无明显差异。微生物学检测结果与水桶使用年限、执行标准正相关,与其他指标无关。结论达州市售桶装水包装质量需要改进。生产企业要按生产日期批量淘汰水桶,慎重制定保质期。主管部门要规范产品名称,跟踪企业标准,加强技术监管,促进行业可持续发展。
Objective To understand the status quo of bottled water packaging materials and labels on the market and provide technical support for strengthening food safety regulation. Methods A random sampling method was used to collect commercially available bottled water and to find out the problems existing in packaging materials and labeling and to analyze its impact. The results of the product name variety, packaging logo has six elements imperfect, with a total compliance rate of 73.53%. Packaging materials for the food-grade PC bucket, 34 bucket life of more than 5 years (50.00%). Shelf life labeling time from 7d ~ 3 months. Product implementation of the national standard only 27 samples (39.71%). No significant difference between local and foreign products. Microbiological test results and the bucket life, the implementation of standards are related, and other indicators have nothing to do. Conclusion Dazhou bottled water packaging quality needs improvement. Production enterprises to eliminate batches according to the production date batches, carefully formulated shelf life. The competent department shall standardize the product name, follow the enterprise standards, strengthen the technical supervision and promote the sustainable development of the industry.
