针对キハ40、47型内燃动车产生异音现象实施详细的调查后,确定了异音产生机理是长期使用的旁承圆筒摩擦板表面发生变化使滑动状况恶化,当车辆进入曲线行驶后,旁承圆筒摩擦板与圆筒内部上面以及旁承内弹簧之间发生共鸣。将摩擦板更换为5300D材质可减少车辆产生的异音。经效果验证,发生异音的件数大幅减少,实施的措施取得了一定的成效。
A detailed investigation was carried out on the abnormal sound produced by the ハ ハ 40,47 type internal combustion vehicle.
