高分辨染色体(High resolution chromosome)是近代细胞遗传学的一项重大进展。这一技术的问世,使染色体研究又大大地前进了一步。5年多来,我们曾采用Ronne等低温休克法、Yunis氨甲喋吟阳断法和Dutrillaux等胸腺嘧啶核苷同步法,对人体外周血进行多次的摸索。根据我院具体情况将Dutrillaux的方法加以适当改进,经多年反复实验和临床应用,已取得稳定而满意的效果。现将操作方法作一报导。材料与方法培养基配制每瓶培养基5 ml,内
High resolution chromosomes are a major advance in cytogenetics in modern times. With the advent of this technology, chromosome research has gone a step further. For more than five years, we have used the method of low-temperature shock such as Ronne, Yunis carbamide, and Dutrillaux thymidine synchronization to perform multiple explorations of human peripheral blood. According to the specific conditions of our hospital, Dutrillaux’s method was properly improved. After years of repeated experiments and clinical applications, stable and satisfactory results have been achieved. The method of operation is now reported. Materials and Methods Medium Preparation 5 ml of culture medium per bottle
