目的探讨压力蒸汽灭菌器内发生湿包的原因,有效地控制湿包的发生,确保灭菌物品的质量安全。方法对产生湿包的相关因素进行了分析与观察,并对原因进行分析。结果 2年共发生湿包58个,灭菌包过大造成包内冷凝水19个,物品装载不合理、摆放不当16个,蒸汽质量差12个,与灭菌器相关的其它因素问题11个。结论脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌在灭菌过程中受诸多因素的,操作者应高度重视。
Objective To investigate the causes of wet packs in pressure steam sterilizers and to control the occurrence of wet packs effectively to ensure the quality and safety of sterilized articles. Methods The related factors of producing wet pack were analyzed and observed, and the reasons were analyzed. Results A total of 58 wet packs were produced in 2 years, 19 of which were caused by excessive packings, 16 were improperly loaded, 16 were improperly placed, 12 had poor steam quality, and other factors related to the sterilizer A Conclusion pulsed vacuum pressure steam sterilization in the sterilization process by many factors, the operator should attach great importance.
