目的通过检测急性脑梗死(ACI)患者在超声治疗仪治疗前后不同时段血浆生化指标的动态变化规律,探讨经超声波治疗后急性脑梗死的临床疗效和预后与血生化指标的相关性。方法将60例发病24 h内入院治疗的急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,两组患者均给予神经内科治疗药物治疗,治疗组同时给予超声波治疗,应用免疫比浊双抗体夹心法及生化分析仪测定两组治疗前后血D-二聚体和血脂含量,评价入院时、入院后14 d的临床神经功能缺损程度,观察其生化指标的变化和临床疗效的差别。结果治疗14 d后两组患者主要生化指标均有变化,治疗组D-二聚体、总胆固醇、三酰甘油,低密度脂蛋白较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经颅超声治疗对急性脑梗死患者早期病情进展有很好的治疗作用且疗效确切,安全性好,并且对脑梗死患者疗效及预后具有显著作用。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of plasma biochemical parameters in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) before and after treatment with ultrasound, and to explore the correlation between clinical efficacy and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction after ultrasound and blood biochemical parameters. Methods Sixty patients admitted to hospital within 24 hours after onset of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Neurological treatment was given to both groups. At the same time, the treatment group was given ultrasound treatment. The serum D-dimer and blood lipid levels before and after treatment were determined by turbidimetric antibody sandwich method and biochemical analyzer. The clinical neurological deficits at admission and 14 days after admission were evaluated. The changes of biochemical indexes and clinical efficacy were observed . Results The main biochemical indexes of the two groups changed after treatment for 14 days. The D-dimer, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein of the treatment group decreased more obviously than the control group (P <0.05) Efficiency was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Transcranial ultrasound treatment of acute cerebral infarction in patients with early disease progression has a very good therapeutic effect and efficacy, safety, and efficacy and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction has a significant role.
