研究了热处理制度对低成本TC4钛合金板材显微组织和室温力学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶处理时,随着固溶温度升高,合金中析出次生α相,初生α相含量减少,并逐渐趋于等轴化,合金的抗拉强度升高、延伸率下降;固溶+时效热处理后,合金的强度和延伸率均呈下降趋势,经750℃/1h空冷+540℃/4h炉冷处理的合金,具有较好的强度与塑性的匹配。
The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and room temperature mechanical properties of low cost TC4 titanium alloy sheet was studied. The results show that with the increase of solution temperature, the secondary alpha precipitates in the alloy and the content of primary alpha phase decreases, and gradually becomes equiaxed. The tensile strength of the alloy increases and the elongation decreases. After solution treatment and aging treatment, the strength and elongation of the alloy all showed a decreasing trend. The alloy with 750 ℃ / 1h air cooling + 540 ℃ / 4h furnace had better strength and plastic matching.
