吸水树脂被认为是一种非常具有应用前景的内养护材料,用于降低混凝土自干燥收缩,目前吸水树脂自身结构与其降低混凝土自干燥收缩性能间的关系还不明确。因此本文考察了一系列具有不同吸液倍率、粒径的吸水树脂内养护材料对混凝土自干燥收缩的影响。实验结果发现:小粒径、高吸水倍率的吸水树脂综合效果最佳,可以获得较为合理的力学性能和体积稳定性。选择合适的掺量、粒径以及吸水倍率,可以有效的解决混凝土的自收缩问题。
Absorbent resin is considered to be a very promising material for internal curing to reduce the self-drying shrinkage of concrete. At present, the relationship between self-structure of water-absorbent resin and self-drying shrinkage of concrete is not clear. Therefore, this paper examines a series of different absorption rate, particle size of water-absorbent resin curing material on the drying shrinkage. The experimental results show that: the best combination of water-absorbent resin with small particle size and high water absorption ratio can obtain more reasonable mechanical properties and volume stability. Select the appropriate dosage, particle size and water absorption ratio, can effectively solve the problem of self-shrinkage of concrete.
