背景:对口服灭活全菌体霍乱毒素B(CTB)亚单位霍乱疫苗Dukoral和国家免疫接种体系中的3种儿童疫苗的免疫应答,在生活于孟加拉高砷和低砷污染区的儿童中进行了比较,并对他们的血清补体因子C3和C4水平进行了评估。疫苗接种:2~5岁的儿童口服两剂Dukoral,间隔14天。受试者亦根据孟加拉扩大的免疫规划(EPI)接受了白喉、破伤风和麻疹疫苗。
BACKGROUND: The immune response to three types of childhood vaccines in the oral inactivated whole-body cholera toxin B (CTB) subunit cholera vaccine Dukoral and in the national immunization system was evaluated in children living in high and low arsenic-contaminated areas of Bangladesh Were compared and their serum complement factor C3 and C4 levels were assessed.
