目的调查广州市南沙区鱼窝头片区妇女对宫颈癌的认知、态度及行为,为广东省宫颈癌防治工作提供健康教育干预基础及决策依据。方法以覆盖广州市南沙区为原则,随机抽取鱼窝头片区700例适龄妇女为调查对象,采用自拟调查问卷表对其进行调查,主要包括一般人口学特征及对宫颈癌的认知、态度、行为,并分析调查结果。结果共发放问卷700份,实际有效问卷为680份,有效回收率为97.1%;鱼窝头片区妇女对宫颈癌的认知、态度、行为评分普遍较低,且受年龄、文化程度、婚姻状态、宫颈癌筛查史、宫颈癌家族史影响,36~45岁高中及以上学历且有宫颈癌筛查史及宫颈癌家族史的已婚女性对宫颈癌的认知、态度、行为评分相对较高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论广州市南沙区鱼窝头片区宫颈癌妇女对宫颈癌筛查的认知、行为及态度均较差,且易受年龄、文化程度等影响,各部门需采取针对性健康教育措施提高其宫颈癌筛查的参与度与依从性。
Objective To investigate the cognition, attitude and behavior of women in Yushotou Area of Nansha District, Guangzhou City for the purpose of providing health education intervention basis and decision-making basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in Guangdong Province. Methods Based on the principle of covering Nansha District of Guangzhou City, 700 age-appropriate women in Yushuo Tau Area were randomly selected as the survey subjects. Results A total of 700 questionnaires were sent out and the actual valid questionnaires were 680 and the effective recovery rate was 97.1%. Women in Yushuotou area generally had lower scores on cervical cancer awareness, attitude and behavior, and were affected by age, education level, marital status, Cervical cancer screening history, the impact of family history of cervical cancer, 36 to 45-year-old high school education and above, and cervical cancer screening history and cervical cancer family history of married women cervical cancer awareness, attitude, behavior score is relatively high , The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion Women with cervical cancer in Yushuotou Area, Nansha District, Guangzhou City have poor cognition, behavior and attitude towards cervical cancer screening and are susceptible to age and education level. All departments should take targeted health education measures to improve their cervical cancer Screening participation and compliance.
