Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among women. In breast cancer patients, about 25% to 30% of people deteriorate more quickly and are prone to relapse. One of the important reasons is the overexpression of the HER2 gene. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is currently used to detect HER2 receptor protein expression status at home and abroad. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and color in situ hybridization (CISH) are used to detect HER2 gene expansion.
