采用问卷和访谈的调查方法,从目的、对象、主体、方法以及与德育的异同等方面了解231位中小学教师心理健康教育观。结果表明中小学教师主要呈现出专业辅导、爱心关怀和新型德育等三种心理健康教育观。建议采用以校为本,尊重多元和对话发展的方式,促进教师心理健康教育观科学发展。
Using survey methods of questionnaires and interviews, 231 primary and secondary school teachers’ psychological health education concepts were analyzed from the aspects of purpose, object, subject, method and similarities and differences with moral education. The results show that primary and secondary school teachers mainly show three kinds of psychological health education including professional counseling, caring care and new-type moral education. It is suggested to adopt a school-based approach that respects diversity and dialogue and promote the scientific development of teachers’ mental health education.
