通过小鼠转棒实验与游泳实验,观察了百事特蜂王宝(25g/kg,15d)的抗疲劳作用。喂养蜂王宝组的小鼠及对照组小鼠在转棒上的持续时间分别为22.08±16.41与11.93±9.37(P<0.05);游泳持续时间分别为9.87±5.52和4.67±2.06(P<0.05)。结果表明蜂王宝有显著的抗疲劳功效。
The anti-fatigue effect of Pepsispecial bee Wangbao (25g/kg, 15d) was observed by mouse rotarod test and swimming experiment. The durations of the rotarods of the mice fed the Wangbao group and the control group were 22.08±16.41 and 11.93±9.37, respectively (P<0.05); the swimming durations were 9.87±5.52 and 4.67±2.06, respectively (P<0.05). ). The results show that Bee Wangbao has a significant anti-fatigue effect.
