本研究基于2007年与2012年中国职工状况调查,采用比率差异检验法分析了《劳动合同法》实施前后,不同文化程度、户籍身份与就业身份的职工群体在各项劳动权益保障上的差异变化。结果显示劳动合同法的制度力量推动了不同劳动者群体在某些劳动权益保障方面的差异日益缩小,但在多数劳动权益状况上,差异现象依然显著。
Based on the surveys of Chinese workers and staffs in 2007 and 2012, this study analyzes the variance of labor rights and interests among employees with different levels of education, household registration status and employment status before and after the implementation of the Labor Contract Law . The results show that the institutional power of the labor contract law has promoted the narrowing of differences in the protection of certain labor rights and interests among different groups of workers. However, the discrepancy in the status of most labor rights and interests remains significant.
