用门冬氨酸钾镁注射液40ml,菌栀黄注射液20ml,分别加入10％葡萄糖注射液500ml内静滴,治疗87与73例高胆红素血症。结果门冬组退黄、降酶的总有效率,急性肝炎的血清总胆红素和SGPT降为正常的时间分别为100％(显效率85％)、100％,17±7和19±8d。茵栀黄组相应的分别为93％(显效率64％)、84％,30±16和27±13d。经统计学处理有显著差异。提示门冬的作用快、疗程短、疗效高、安全度大、无副反应。值得推广使用。
Aspartate magnesium injection 40ml, Zhizhi Huang injection 20ml, were added 10% glucose injection 500ml intravenous infusion of 87 and 73 cases of hyperbilirubinemia. Results The total effective rate of anti-yellowing and reducing enzyme in the astigmatism group was 100% (markedly effective rate was 85%), 100%, 17 ± 7 and 19 ± 8d respectively when the serum total bilirubin and SGPT of acute hepatitis were reduced to normal . Yinzhihuang group corresponding to 93% (64% efficiency), 84%, 30 ± 16 and 27 ± 13d. Significant differences were found after statistical analysis. Prompt door winter’s role, short course, high efficacy, safety, no side effects. Worth to promote use.
