温家宝总理在政府工作报告中说,只有把经济发展成果合理分配到群众手中,才能得到广大群众的拥护,才能促进社会和谐。这是党的十七大报告提出到2020年基本形成合理有序的收入分配格局的目标后,政府在落实收入分配改革问题上的最新表述。
In his government work report, Premier Wen Jiabao said: Only by properly allocating the fruits of economic development to the masses can we gain the support of the broad masses and promote social harmony. This is the latest statement made by the government on the reform of income distribution after the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China set forth the goal of basically forming a rational and orderly pattern of income distribution by 2020.
