1. Correctly understand the role and location of information technology in the modernization of archival information In the tide of information, we should clearly recognize that the traditional forms of various media forms should be transformed into modern-day media information and make use of it. Archivists I am afraid to fundamentally jump out of the original mode of thinking and working methods, and establish a new concept of new knowledge structure. Generally speaking, the meeting point between archival information and new science and technology mainly refers to loading all kinds of media information of traditional archives into electronic carriers in a certain way and organizational form, and all of them are converted, processed, encrypted, stored and retrieved The process is done on the computer and some specific external input and output devices, which is the essence of the modernization of archive information. These technologies cover the modern scientific and technological achievements of hardware devices, operating systems, application softwares, order rules and so on. The information is based on these achievements as a platform for the development of modern applications. Especially after the information system development is completed, more information technology supports Therefore, archivists should look at the issue from a new perspective. They should not stay within the traditional professional framework and use the knowledge of the industry to make analogies and find various answers in the vast world of information technology. In the high-tech means such as computers have not yet developed into the natural language of mankind as arbitrary state
