通过对国内外共33种期刊的审稿意见书的优缺点进行分析,吸取了各刊审稿意见书的优点,设计了审稿意见书。该审稿意见书是以表格形式分8项设计的,审稿人评审时只需逐项进行评阅,提高了审稿质量和审稿速度;排除了审稿意见太简单、过含糊的情况,这对编辑部准确地评价作者的稿件,加快稿件的运转,提高期刊质量都有益,同时,每一份审稿意见书都可以作为一份原始材料,用来建立审稿人库,以不断扩大审稿人库。 By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the submissions for review of 33 kinds of journals at home and abroad, this paper draws on the merits of submissions for review and approval and designs submissions for reviewers.
