目的:报告立体定向适形放射治疗颅外肿瘤的结果并做临床分析。方法:1997年5月~1998年7月治疗46例颅外肿瘤(42个病变)并进行了随访。肿瘤的临床靶体积从0.2~232cm~3(平均29.7cm~3),对计划靶体积的最小放射剂量每次3.12~11.8Gy,分1~10次照射,最大剂量为4.00~15.00Gy(平均6.63Gy),处方剂量是3~12Gy(平均5.32Gy)。结果:治疗期间无病人死亡。患者的KPS评分:治疗前10~90(平均62),治疗后20~100(平均80)。实体瘤疗效标准:完全缓解(CR)9例,部分缓解(PR)23例,无变化(NC)3例,进展(PD)5例。随访114个月期间,观察到87.5%的肿瘤得到控制。80%的肿瘤缩小或消失。结论:立体定向适形放射治疗颅外肿瘤有良好疗效。
Objective: To report the results of stereotactic conformal radiotherapy for extracranial tumors and do clinical analysis. Methods: 46 cases of extracranial tumors (42 lesions) were treated from May 1997 to July 1998 and followed up. The clinical target volume of the tumor ranges from 0.2 to 232 cm 3 (average 29.7 cm 3), and the minimum radiation dose to the planned target volume is 3.12 to 11.8 Gy each time, with 1 to 10 irradiations, and the maximum dose is 4.00 to 15.00 Gy (average 6.63Gy), the prescription dose is 3 ~ 12Gy (average 5.32Gy). Results: No patient died during treatment. The patient’s KPS score was 10 to 90 (average 62) before treatment and 20 to 100 (average 80) after treatment. The standard of curative effect of solid tumors was complete remission (CR) in 9 cases, partial remission (PR) in 23 cases, no change (NC) in 3 cases, progression (PD) in 5 cases. During 114 months of follow-up, 87.5% of the tumors were observed to be controlled. 80% of tumors shrink or disappear. Conclusion: Stereotactic conformal radiotherapy has a good effect on extracranial tumors.
