全省县市区“三讲”教育总结会议于8月13日在兰州召开。会议总结交流了经验,部署了下一步的整改工作。参加会议的有各地州市委主管书记、组织部长。省委常委、宣传部长马西林主持会议。省委常委、组织部长王安顺作了总结讲话。按照中央、省委的总体部署和安排,全省86个县市区“三讲”教育,去年下半年先在3个县试点,其他83个县市区于今年分两批开展,至8月上旬结束,总体进展顺利。王安顺在总结讲话中指出,全省县市区“三讲”教育,效果是明显的,基本达到了中央、省委确定的目标和要求。主要表现在:一是认真学习理论,领导干部普遍受到了马克思主义教育。二是深入查找剖析党性党风方面存在的突出问题,领导干部的政治意识、党性观念有了明显增强。三是广泛听取群众意见,领导干部在思想上受到了较大触动。四是把深入基层、深入群众作为“三讲”教育的重要环节来抓,有效地促进了领导干部思想作风的进一步转变和党群干群关系的改善。五是坚持即知即改、边整边改,广
The counties and cities across the province “three stresses ” education concluded on August 13 in Lanzhou.
