目的研究分析社区护理干预对老年糖尿病患者自我管理行为的影响.方法选取本院2017年7月至2018年8月间收诊的老年糖尿病患者共79例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,39例为对照组实施常规护理干预,40例研究组患者采用社区护理干预,观察对比两组患者自我管理为的影响.结果研究组护理后血糖水平均远低于对照组,且两组患者护理后自我管理能力评分均显著提高,组间对比研究组更优于对照组,两组患者结果对比显示均具有显著性统计学性质(P<0.05).结论社区护理干预对老年糖尿病患者具有良好的应用效果,可提高患者自我管
