广西罗城褐铁矿含砷量高达0.275%,且含锌。为合理利用此种矿石冶炼合格生铁和合格钢材,在实验室摸索了此种矿石预处理脱砷的最佳工艺条件,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、煤加入量、焙烧气体成分、矿石粒度等因素对脱砷的影响。实验表明,在选择合理参数的条件下,砷含量可脱到0.025%以下.建议优先采用回转窑还原焙烧预处理工艺。
Guangxi Luocheng limonite arsenic content as high as 0.275%, and zinc. In order to reasonably utilize such ores to smelt qualified pig iron and qualified steel, the optimum technological conditions for such arsenic pre-treatment for arsenic removal were explored in the laboratory, and the effects of calcination temperature, calcination time, coal loading, calcination gas composition, ore size, etc. Effect of factors on arsenic removal.
