目的探讨口轮匝肌重叠缝合在单侧唇裂患儿人中重建中的疗效。方法 2012年2月—2013年3月,采用口轮匝肌重叠缝合的方法,对50例单侧唇裂患儿进行人中结构的重建,其中男性33例,女性17例(平均年龄6.5个月)。使用3阶评分法对术后患儿人中嵴高度进行评价。结果术后切口均一期愈合,随访3~12个月,48例人中嵴及人中凹结构自然,人中嵴高度与健侧接近,外形满意,评分1~2分。2例患儿出现较平坦的人中嵴。结论对于单侧唇裂患儿人中结构的重建,口轮匝肌重叠缝合是一种简单有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of overlapping suture of orbicularis oculi on reconstruction of unilateral cleft lip in children. METHODS: From February 2012 to March 2013, 50 cases of unilateral cleft lip were reconstructed in human by means of overlapping suture of orbicularis oris, including 33 males and 17 females (mean age 6.5 months ). The 3-point scoring method was used to evaluate the height of the crest in postoperative children. Results The incisions were healed in one time. The follow-up ranged from 3 to 12 months. In 48 cases, the crests and pits had a natural concave structure with the height of the midline approaching that of the healthy side, and the shape was satisfactory with a score of 1-2. 2 cases of children appear more flat in the human crest. Conclusion Reconstruction of the structure of the human unilateral cleft lip in children, overlapping orbicularis muscle suture is a simple and effective treatment.
