邓小平同志把“是否有利于增强社会主义国家的综合国力”,与是否有利于发展社会主义社会的生产力,是否有利于提高人民的生活水平一起,作为判断我国改革开放和各项工作是非得失的三条标准。向全党全国人民提出了发展和增强社会主义国家综合国力的伟大战略任务。什么是综合国力,如何评估和预测综合国力,怎样评价发展并增强社会主义国家综合国力的战略意义,是人们共同关切的问题,本文就此问题作一初步探讨,以求教于同仁。
Comrade Deng Xiaoping put “whether it is conducive to enhancing the overall national strength of the socialist countries”, whether it is conducive to the development of productive forces in the socialist society, whether it is conducive to raising the standard of living of the people, and as the basis for judging the three aspects of China’s reform and opening up and the merits and losses of all the work standard. It has proposed to the entire party and the people throughout the country a great strategic task of developing and enhancing the overall national strength of the socialist countries. What is the overall national strength, how to assess and predict the overall national strength, how to evaluate the strategic significance of development and enhance the overall national strength of socialist countries is a common concern, this article to make a preliminary discussion on this issue, to learn from colleagues.
