香港的特色小食多不胜数,其中著名的有飞机榄、糖不甩及麦芽糖夹饼,当然还有不可不提的臭豆腐和鸡蛋仔!这些小食都曾于不同年代在香港掀起一番热潮。在五六十年代,人们休闲的活动不多,加上并不富裕,所以串串门,品尝一下廉价的特色小食就是大多数人惯常的消遣活动,很多特色小食也因此应运而生。在香港众多的特色小食中,我最爱吃的就是钵仔糕。“钵仔糕”之所以叫作“钵仔糕”,是因为古时人们并没有其他器皿,所以他们会利用一种碗口很大叫“钵”的器皿来盛,制作出来的糕点会似一个钵的形状。但现在的钵仔糕已不断改进,除了“钵”的形状
