U型砼膨胀剂(UEA)是一种抗裂防渗砼外加剂,自1988年通过部级技术鉴定以来,在全由销售40万余吨,在北京地区应用近10万吨.UEA在亚运工程,北京西客站、北京地铁、水源九厂、蓝岛大厦、赛特购物中心、北京当代商城等重大防水工程,以及许多高层商业和住宅楼的地下室应用效果甚佳.得到首都设计、施工界的好评.建设部和北京市建工局把UEA列为重点推广项目.1992年建设部把“UEA补偿收缩砼防水工法”列为国家级工法(YJGF22-92).这是我国结构自防水技术的重大突破.近年来,我院与北京市建筑设计院合作,用UEA膨胀加强带取代后浇带,可连续浇注150m钢筋砼而不留缝,这种无缝设计施工新技术在北京西客站、当代商城、精品大厦等20多个超长建筑应用十分成功.这一新技术已在国内推广.再者,随着我国高层建筑的发展,底板砼越来越厚,有的达到2~3m,UEA作为大体积结构砼控制温差裂缝的技术措施,也已得到广泛应用.
