建立政府决策咨询机制是政府依法行政的重要内容,也是政府决策民主化和科学化的必要环节。宁波经济社会的快速发展,对整个政府系统的决策质量提出了更高的要求,因而政府决策咨询机制的建设已具有突出的紧迫性。文章在界定政府决策咨询和政府决策咨询机制的基础上,分析了建设政府决策咨询机制的必要性;并对宁波政府决策咨询的现存问题作出了实证分析,提出了推进政府决策咨询机制建设的具体对策。
The establishment of a government decision-making advisory mechanism is an important part of the government’s administration according to law and an essential part of the democratization and scientificization of government decision-making. The rapid economic and social development in Ningbo put forward higher requirements on the quality of decision making of the entire government system. Therefore, the construction of the government decision-making consultation mechanism has become extremely urgent. Based on the definition of government decision-making consultation and government decision-making consultation mechanism, the article analyzes the necessity of building the government decision-making consultation mechanism and makes an empirical analysis of the existing problems in the policy-making consultation of Ningbo government. It puts forward the specific measures to promote the construction of government decision-making consultation mechanism Countermeasures.
