在现代企业中,人已经成为企业发展最为重要的因素。而企业能否成功地对员工实施有效的激励,提高员工的自觉性、主动性、创造性及工作的热情,直接决定其未来的市场竞争地位。所谓激励机制是通过一套理性化的制度来反映激励主体与激励客体相互作用的方式。企业应该根据自身条件采用不同的激励模式,对不同的员工采用不同的激励措施。本文通过激励的含义、构成要素、体系来浅析激励机制的有效性。通过讨论激励机制在企业中的作用、员工激励需求多样化的需要,得出企业常用的几种激励方式,以及所适用的不同群体。
In modern enterprises, people have become the most important factor in the development of enterprises. The success of the enterprise staff to implement effective incentives to improve staff awareness, initiative, creativity and enthusiasm for work directly determine their future market position. The so-called incentive mechanism through a set of rational system to reflect the incentive and incentive objects interaction. Enterprises should adopt different incentive models according to their own conditions and adopt different incentives for different employees. This article through the meaning of incentives, components, systems to analyze the effectiveness of incentive mechanism. By discussing the role of incentive mechanism in the enterprise and the need of employee to stimulate diversified demand, we draw several kinds of incentive methods commonly used by enterprises and different groups that are suitable for them.
