本文对12例干燥综合征(SS)的脸部泪腺和6例对照组泪腺组织中浸润的淋巴细胞进行免疫组织化学研究,结果发现SS泪腺中浸润的淋巴细胞主要是T细胞,其中T_(H/i)(辅助/诱导细胞)占绝大多数。B细胞为T细胞的一半,成团,巢状分布。T_(H/i)/T_(s/c)(抑制/细胞毒细胞)≈8。正常对照组泪腺T_(s/c)细胞略多于T_(H/i)细胞,T_(H/i)/T_(s/c)≈0.7652,B细胞极少见。SS泪腺T_(H/i)细胞和B细胞的局部积聚提示局部可能有T_H辅助B细胞产生自身抗体,从而诱发自身免疫反应导致泪腺损害。
In this study, immunohistochemistry was performed on infiltrating lymphocytes in 12 cases of SS and in 6 cases of control group. The results showed that the infiltrating lymphocytes in SS lacrimal gland were mainly T cells, of which T_ (H / i) (accessory / induced cells) accounted for the vast majority. B cells for T cells in half, into a group, nested distribution. T_ (H / i) / T_ (s / c) (inhibition / cytotoxic cells) ≈8. The T_ (s / c) cells in the normal laryngeal gland were slightly more than T_ (H / i) cells, T_ (H / i) / T_ (s / c) Local accumulation of T_ (H / i) cells and B cells in the lacrimal gland of SS suggest that there may be T_H-helper B cells locally producing autoantibodies to induce autoimmune reactions leading to lacrimal gland damage.
