相对于美国图书馆协会(ALA)以“图书馆作为社区锚”为主题的2015年度报告,以“图书馆转型”为主题的2016年度报告在高校图书馆、中小学图书馆、公共图书馆的服务现状、趋势分析以及图书馆事业总体趋势分析方面有着新的变化,2016年度报告更加强调图书馆应加强宣传和倡导,在强化自身参与社区建设的同时促进社区民众对社区经济、文化、政治事务的参与。对报告的解读、对比分析及研究有助于我们在掌握国际图情事业发展趋势的基础上形成科学的发展观。
In relation to the Annual Report 2015 of the American Library Association (ALA) entitled “Library as a Community Anchor”, the 2016 Annual Report on the theme of “Library Transformation” was conducted in academic libraries, primary and secondary school libraries, Public library services status quo, trend analysis and library trends in the overall trend has changed, the 2016 annual report more emphasis on the library should be more publicity and advocacy, to strengthen their participation in community building at the same time promote community people’s community economy, Cultural, political affairs. The interpretation of the report, comparative analysis and research will help us to form a scientific outlook on development based on the development trend of the international graphic arts.
