为了比较菜油、豆油、花生油、猪油、油菜籽对花(Pelteobagrus fulvidrac)生长的影响,选用均重(17.42±1.24)g花225尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾鱼。在室内循环养殖系统中,分别投喂5种油脂源的饲粮养殖61 d。结果表明:豆油组、猪油组和花生油组花的体重和体长特定生长率、饲料系数、蛋白质效率、蛋白质沉积率和能量保留率均显著优于菜油组(P<0.05),且对鱼体品质无显著不良影响;豆油油脂在肠系膜、肌肉的存储量较其他组高;猪油油脂有在肝胰脏、肠系膜积累的趋势;油菜籽的总体养殖效果显著优于菜油的结果,尤其是体重特定生长率提高了22.22%、而饲料系数降低了14.28%(P<0.05);花的必需脂肪酸需求同时包括C18∶2n-6和C18∶3n-3,但对C18∶2n-6的需求要比C18∶3n-3更重要。因此,豆油、花生油、猪油均可作为花饲料很好的脂肪源,在饲料中直接使用油菜籽可以获得显著优于菜油的养殖效果。
In order to compare the effects of vegetable oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, lard and rapeseed on the growth of Pelteobagrus fulvidrac, 225 flower species with average weight of (17.42 ± 1.24) g were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group Repeat 15 fish. The essential fatty acid requirement for flowers also included C18: 2n-6 and C18: 3n-3, but the demand for C18: 2n-6 More important than C18: 3n-3. Therefore, soybean oil, peanut oil and lard can all be used as good fat sources for flower forage, and the direct use of rapeseed in feed can achieve significantly better breeding effects than vegetable oil.
