归因是指人们对自己的行为或他人活动的因果关系作出解释和推理。在学生的学习中,我们经常可以看到这样的一些事实:面对学习上的失败或挫折,有的学生能把它看成是主观努力不够,因而在挫折面前反而能加倍努力;有的学生却习惯于从任务太难,脑子笨上找原因,因而在挫折面前显得无能为力,从而降低了学习的积极性;还有的同学喜欢把它归之于运气不佳,当作暂时现象,因而在以后的学习中,不一定降低学习的动力。这些都说明,归因效应同样影响着学生的学习。
