目的 :探讨梅尼埃病患者耳蜗电图 ( ECoch G)与听觉脑干诱发电位 ( ABR)的关系。方法 :对 5 7例 ( 5 7耳 )梅尼埃病患者及 1 0例 ( 2 0耳 )听力正常青年人的 ABR及 ECoch G进行对比观察。结果 :5 7例梅尼埃病患者中 ,2 5耳 ( 4 3.9% ) 波潜伏期延长 ,1 0耳 ( 1 7.5 % ) 波潜伏期延长。 波的延长多由 波延长向后推移的影响。在中、重度听力损失组 ABR 波潜伏期延长与 ECoch G AP( N1)潜伏期延长均可达 66.7% ,同时 - SP/AP比值加大。结论 :部分梅尼埃病患者 ABR 波潜伏期确有延长 ,而且常伴有 - SP/AP比值加大 ,后者可作为应用 ABR检查法的梅尼埃病辅助诊断指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between ECoch G and auditory brainstem response (ABR) in Meniere’s disease. Methods: The ABR and ECoch G in 57 cases (57 ears) of Meniere’s disease and 10 cases (20 ears) of normal hearing young people were compared. Results: In 57 cases of Meniere’s disease, the latency of wave in 25 cases (4.39%) was prolonged and the latency of wave in 10 cases (17.5%) was prolonged. The extension of the wave is more affected by the prolongation of wave propagation. The prolongation of ABR wave latency and the prolongation of ECoch GAP (N1) in both moderate and severe hearing loss group were all up to 66.7%, and the ratio of SP / AP increased. CONCLUSIONS: In some Meniere’s disease patients, the latency of ABR wave is indeed prolonged and often accompanied by an increase in the SP / AP ratio, which may be used as a diagnostic indicator of Meniere’s disease with ABR.
