治疗视网膜脱离的手术方法很多,但手术成功的关键是既封闭好网膜裂孔,又尽可能减少对视网膜脉络膜的损伤.半个世纪以来,用电凝术治疗视网膜脱离已取得丰富经验,疗效不断提高.然而,电凝疗法也有其不足之处.穿刺透热,容易刺及视网膜造成继发性裂孔及玻璃状体局限性粘连.表面透热虽无此缺点,却能导致球壁的损伤或巩膜坏死,给再次手术造成困难.
