目的探讨广东供电企业工作人员职业紧张状况及其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法选择广东省珠江三角洲、粤西地区2家供电企业,采用职业紧张量表对804名员工进行问卷调查,对职业紧张的各种影响因素进行统计分析。结果 45.1%的工作人员感到中度以上的职业任务过重,36.6%的工作人员感到中度以上的职业紧张反应,6.1%的工作人员处于中度以上缺乏应对资源和应变能力。除工作环境、理性处事2个子项外,其他职业紧张量表各子项得分与国内常模得分分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。影响工作人员职业紧张反应的主要因素有文化程度、任务过重、任务冲突、责任感、工作环境以及理性处事(P<0.05)。结论广东供电企业工作人员总体职业紧张水平较高,主要影响因素为文化程度、任务过重、任务冲突、责任感、工作环境以及理性处事。
Objective To investigate the occupational stress in Guangdong power supply enterprises and its influencing factors. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select two power supply enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and western Guangdong Provinces. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 804 employees using the Occupational Stress Scale, and various factors affecting occupational stress were statistically analyzed. Results 45.1% of the staff felt over-moderate occupational tasks, 36.6% of staff felt moderate occupational stress response, and 6.1% of workers were moderate above the lack of resources and resilience. Except for the working environment and rational service, the scores of other occupational stress scales were respectively compared with those of the domestic norm, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). The main factors influencing the occupational stress response of staff are educational level, overworking, conflict of tasks, responsibility, working environment and rational handling (P <0.05). Conclusion The overall level of occupational stress in staff of power supply enterprises in Guangdong is high. The main influencing factors are educational level, overworking, conflict of duties, responsibility, working environment and rational handling.
