本文采用动态模量试验测定了不同掺量热再生沥青混合料的动态模量与相位角,并与全新热拌沥青混合料进行对比,深入分析热再生混合料的力学性能特点。结果表明:热再生沥青混合料的动态模量大于全新料,并且随着RAP掺量的增加,模量的增大幅度也随之增加。相位角变化规律表明:旧料掺量对于热再生沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能影响严重。高RAP掺量热再生沥青混合料表现出与新沥青混合料完全不同的力学响应模式。车辙性指标E*/sinδ的变化规律与动态模量类似。
In this paper, the dynamic modulus test was used to determine the dynamic modulus and phase angle of different heat-reclaimed asphalt mixtures. Compared with the new hot mix asphalt mixtures, the mechanical properties of the hot mixes were analyzed. The results show that the dynamic modulus of hot recycled asphalt mixture is larger than that of new material, and the increase of modulus increases with the increase of RAP content. The law of phase angle shows that the content of old material has a serious impact on the low temperature crack resistance of hot recycled asphalt mixture. The high RAP content heat reclaimed asphalt mixture exhibits a completely different mechanical response than the new asphalt mixture. The rutting index E * / sinδ is similar to the dynamic modulus.
