本文通过焊芯化学成分的设计和焊条药皮主要成分的确定,以及各种性能的水平,较详细地介绍了合金系统为08Cr19Ni23Mo7Mn5.5N的新型高强度奥氏体不锈钢焊条的研究和使用情况·文中着重对某些元素,特别是氮元素的作用及其强化机理进行了较深入地探讨,并从焊缝力学性能、抗裂性能考虑,给出了较合理的焊芯成分范围。
In this paper, the design and application of new high-strength austenitic stainless steel electrode with alloy system 08Cr19Ni23Mo7Mn5.5N are introduced in detail through the design of the chemical composition of welding core and the determination of the main components of electrode coating, as well as the various performance levels. This paper focuses on the role of certain elements, especially nitrogen and its strengthening mechanism were discussed in depth, and from the weld mechanical properties, crack resistance considerations, give a more reasonable core composition range.
