当前我国的电网企业在基层党建工作中存在着较多的问题,如:员工参与度低、认知度不足、创新意识较差、工作人员干劲下降、电网企业文化缺失等。因此,我们如何做好电网企业的基础党建工作,制定出一套适合电网企业的党建工作流程,并规划好相关的具体措施,成为了当前基层党建工作的重中之重,也是确保电网企业基础党建工作蓬勃有序发展的基石。本文就是针对电网企业基层党建工作面临的挑战开展研究,分析了新形势下电网企业党建工作面临的挑战及应对策略,从而为新形势下电网企业党建工作创新发展提供了方法保障。
At present, there are many problems in the grassroots party-building work in China’s power grid enterprises, such as low participation of employees, lack of awareness, poor awareness of innovation, declining staff motivation and lack of corporate culture in the power grid. Therefore, how to do a good job in the basic party building of power grid enterprises, formulate a set of party building workflow suitable for power grid enterprises, and plan specific related measures have become the top priority of the current grassroots party building and also the basis for ensuring the power grid enterprises The cornerstone of vigorous and orderly development of party building. This article is aimed at the challenges faced by the grass-roots party building work in power grid enterprises to carry out research, analyzes the challenges and countermeasures that the party organizations in power grids enterprises are facing in the new situation, and thus provides a method guarantee for the innovative development of party building in power grid enterprises under the new situation.
