随着我国社会的转型发展,传统的统一授课教学模式已经出现不利于学生个性发展的势头。分层教学注重的是以“学生为本”和“以学定教”的教学原则。在教学中就应该根据教学内容,对不同层级的学生设定不同的教学目标及要求。本文从分析分层教学理论概念、目前分层教学存在的问题引发分层教学理论在初中英语教学中的应用,以期在英语教学生能够让不同层次的学生都得到全面的提高和发展。
With the transformation and development of our country’s society, the traditional teaching mode of unified teaching has appeared the trend that is not conducive to the development of students’ personality. Layered teaching focuses on the teaching principle of “student-oriented” and “learning to teach”. In teaching, we should set different teaching objectives and requirements for students at different levels according to the teaching content. This paper analyzes the concept of hierarchical teaching theory, the current problems in hierarchical teaching lead to the application of hierarchical teaching theory in junior high school English teaching, with a view to teaching students in English can make all levels of students are fully improved and developed.
