世纪之交,江汉石油人提出了“绝不把亏损的帽子带入21世纪”的奋斗目标。 作为江汉油田的重点扭亏单位,盐化工总厂依托中国石化集团公司在化工技术和市场方面的优势,加快了扭亏步伐。 通过狠抓管理创新、技术创新和市场创新,该厂的扭亏工作见到显著成效,不仅遏制住了前几年每年亏损递增2000多万元的势头,而且连年大幅减亏。 2000午4月,该厂结束了自1994年投产以来连续70个月亏损的历史,首次实现当月盈利。预计今年可减亏2896万元,实现全年扭亏为盈。
