For a long time, the winter storage of celery has been used in the old ditch possession method, due to air circulation, high temperature, humidity, celery perishable, the loss rate as high as 50%, serious economic losses. After many years of experiments, we use the semi-underground cellar deposit method to work well. From late December to start storage, after 40 days, stems and leaves remain fresh, the loss rate of only about 12%. Here’s a semi-underground cellar deposit method: First, build cellar pit for the east-west. Digging 1.3 to 2 meters wide, 0.3 to 0.5 meters deep, long
